This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in agile environments, excels at gathering business requirements, and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. **Responsibilities** - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements - Work closely with agile teams to facilitate communication and align goals across sprints - Ensure quality assurance by supporting basic testing processes and maintaining clear documentation - Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements to meet business needs - Leverage productivity tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Product Plan to manage and track project progress - Monitor and analyze team productivity metrics to identify areas for improvement - Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, removing obstacles to enhance collaboration - Support continuous improvement of agile methodologies to align with organizational goals **Requirements**: - 2+ documenting business requirements and feedback - Proficiency in agile methodologies and related collaboration practices - Technology literacy with exposure to API testing and contract writing - Familiarity with team productivity and workflow tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Slack, or Product Plan - Basic understanding of quality assurance processes, including test planning and execution **Nice to have** - Background in Life Sciences Commercial
