Job Description

IT Business Analyst (cyber security / information security), Contract, Sao Paolo, Brazil. $200 per day, 6 month contract **Summary**: Contract job for a Business Analyst in an Agile environment, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that cybersecurity products and services align with program objectives. Responsibilities include conducting cyber security discovery and analysis, creating detailed business analysis, user stories, and scoping documentation, as well as reviewing global cyber products for improvements and supporting their validation and testing for deployment to brand environments. **Details**: You will need to be able to in Sao Paolo 1-2 days per week and speak both English and Portuguese. This contract is initially 6 months. We have a compliant payroll solution for you. **Experience required**: Full lifecycle information security or cybersecurity projects. You should possess analytical skills to translate various data sources into clear requirements. Additionally, you must be able to support prioritization discussions regarding scope, balancing business and technical complexities while considering end-user experience. Problem-solving skills are essential, collaborating with both business and technology teams to find solutions for complex issues. Proficiency in English & Portuguese communication and strong documentation skills are a must. Experience with Agile SAFe methodology is preferred. Optional qualifications include familiarity with ITIL processes, UML/BPMN, project management tools like JIRA and Confluence, and holding a recognized business analysis certification. An understanding of NIST maturity assessment standard or equivalent is also appreciated. **Other**: The responsibilities include managing user stories, conducting gap analysis, creating and updating business process and technical documentation, overseeing UAT, documenting meeting minutes and action plans, as well as drafting documents like TOMs and communications.
