Across the world, the Group enables its customers and employees, and members of societies at large to live, work and develop sustainably, in a safe and secure information space. **Business Analyst** **Location**: Rio de Janeiro (Downtown) **Work Mode**: On-site. **Responsibilities**: - Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather requirements. - Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to elicit detailed requirements. - Create clear and comprehensive documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases. - Develop process maps, workflows, and data models to visualize business processes. - Analyze business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement or optimization, and conduct cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making. - Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and supporting meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. - Assist in the development of test plans and ensure that solutions meet business requirements by participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate functionality before deployment. - Support project managers in planning, monitoring, and reporting on project progress, helping to manage stakeholder expectations and providing status updates. - Provide training and support to end-users on new systems or processes, creating user manuals and training materials. ** Requirements**: - Previous experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. - Bachelor's degree. - Fluent English to participate in meetings with stakeholders from other nationalities. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Knowledge of process documentation and systems analysis. - Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities. **Learn more about us** At Atos, we embrace diversity as the ultimate engine of ingenuity for our clients, and we constantly strive to create a culture where people feel supported and encouraged.
