Job Description
We are seeking an experienced French and English-speaking Program Manager to lead, streamline, and elevate our processes and drive program improvement and optimization within the Amazon Last Mile Expansion - Experience in program or project management - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Experience defining and executing program requirements - Speak, write, and read fluently in French - Speak, write, and read fluently in English
