SAP IT Project Manager Specialist

Throughout its history, the company has actively contributed to the construction and modernization of Brazilian infrastructure, with a portfolio of innovative solutions that empower its customers to accelerate their own digital transformation and achieve greater sustainability. **Do you want to be part of this team?** We are looking for a proactive **SAP IT Project Manager** **Specialist** with strong analytical skills to join our technology team. **Your mission will be** - Drive large implementation and Mergers and Acquisitions projects. - Coordinate involved parties (business and corporate departments, IT, governance, suppliers etc.) through whole project lifecycle (design/build/test/roll-out) - Develop strategic plans and roadmaps for overall ecosystem - design and migration. - Coordinate and facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements, drive decision-making process and take ownership to define processes - Prepare project budgets and manage project cost throughout the project. - Collaborate with teams for seamless integration of SAP all modules affected - Engage with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment of project goals - Clearly articulate project progress to stakeholders - Timely escalation of project issues to PMO and Steering Committee **What requirements are we looking for?**: - Complete degree in technology or computer scienc - Relevant training on SAP - Project Management Certification - Experience with large complex SAP implementation projects - Very good understanding of SAP processes and value flows - Advanced communication skills with a demonstrated ability to manage relationships with local, regional and global teams in different time zones - Ability to conduct and facilitate workshops with business representatives and other project team members both external and internal - Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential - Comfortable in adapting working hours to align with demands of communication across multiple time zones **Workplace and hiring model**: - CLT, hybrid model (work from home some days a week!) - Anhanguera - São Paulo If you identify with what we're looking for, come apply!
