Job Description

**A Snapshot of Your Day** - Gather business data and conduct in-depth analyses to gain deep insights, propose a data cleaning (rule-based and using AI) and augmentation strategy and lead its implementation. - Collaborate with several functions to determine the status quo of data usage, quality and availability, understand pain points and collect improvement ideas. - Drive volume through our e-Commerce platform (Energy Shop) for your internal customers. - Support strategic inventory management, procurement, pricing, upselling, and customer insight-based offerings. **How You’ll Make an Impact** - Being pragmatic and prioritize your work with business impact in mind. Being autonomous, proactive and confident while working in a small, empowered team. - Becoming Subject Matter Expert in your domain of data, processes and tools impacting them. - Collaborate across functions, regions, and partners to drive data excellence initiatives. - Support the establishment of E-Commerce as a relevant distribution channel. - Contribute to the vision of becoming “Amazon's industrial twin” by shaping the future of our spare parts business within your area of responsibility. **What You Bring** - A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. - Creative, efficient and resourceful. - Impeccable communication skills. - Strong passion for collaboration, transformation, data management/excellence, including data governance, analytics. - Legal authorization for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. **About the Team** **Who is Siemens Energy?** At Siemens Energy, we are more than just an energy technology company.
