THE COMPANY Our client is a Tier 1, National Electrical Construction Contractor who are BOOMING in Australia. Due to unprecedented growth in their Electrical Commercial Construction division in NSW, they are currently seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to join their Sydney team. Many of the projects are in Western Sydney with their office location in Silverwater. Their reputation is based on their project management systems, scale and experience. As market leaders in their sector, some of their client relationships reach back over 40 years. Their track record of major iconic projects, innovation and numerous industry awards demonstrate that they offer industry leading project management and technical expertise. THE ROLE Reporting to the Construction Manager you will be responsible for; • Delivering Electrical Construction projects for large Tier 1 builders including John Holland, CPB etc • Project manage Electrical Commercial Construction Projects for Tier 1 builders including, Commercial Towers, Hospitals, Health, Education, etc.. • End-to-end project management from inception to handover • Driving meaningful relationships with key stakeholders at every stage of the project delivery lifecycle • Working on Sydney’s most Iconic Electrical Construction Projects ranging from $15m - $30m (Experience in projects at this value is highly regarded) • Manage project costs including cash flow, budget approvals and invoicing • Salary on offer: $170K-$190k + Super + car allowance ABOUT YOU • Must have Electrical Project Manager experience Min 5+ years • Mid to Senior level role • Hold an Electrical Licence / Engineer Or have extensive experience in Electrical Projects • Experience managing projects valued $15m+ • Experience delivering projects across; Commercial, Education or Health • Ability to travel to the Silverwater office BENEFITS • Join a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering iconic and high-profile projects across Sydney. • Enjoy long-term job security with a strong pipeline of major projects. • Work alongside experienced industry professionals in a collaborative and supportive team. • Access ongoing training, development and career progression opportunities. • Gain exposure to large-scale, complex projects that will strengthen your experience and career. • Be part of a well-established business with a strong reputation across the construction industry.
