Junior Electrical Engineer

THE ROLE Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will join their building services engineering team and be involved in quoting, design and project delivery across a diverse portfolio — with real support to build your technical skills. Duties will include: • Assist in preparing quotes, pricing and tender submissions • Support the team in coordinating construction and engineering schedules • Contribute to technical recommendations, cost estimates and scope-of-contract reviews • Help produce and maintain technical documentation and drawings • Support design compliance checks against project specifications and Australian Standards • Liaise with project teams and, over time, help present designs to stakeholders ABOUT YOU • Degree in Electrical Engineering • Approximately 2 years’ experience in electrical engineering, ideally within building services or construction • Working knowledge of LV electrical systems; exposure to HV highly regarded • Familiarity with electrical design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • A proactive, safety-first mindset and genuine desire to learn • Be currently residing in Australia • Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident • Demonstrate excellent communication, problem solving and teamwork skills.
