Job Description
[What the role is]
As a leading industrial property developer in the Singapore built environment, we are recruiting for our Built Environment Automation team and seeking passionate, talented engineers to help transform the Built Environment (BE) industry by enhancing the productivity through the application of emerging technologies and automation solutions, including but not limited to robotics, artificial intelligence and advanced construction technologies, etc.
[What you will be working on]
1. Identify & Source for Opportunities:
Recognize industry challenges and identify opportunities to resolve or improve the situations through the application of innovative technologies such as advanced automation and AI solutions, so that the work processes can be more efficient and effective.
2. Project Management:
Oversee the implementation of automation and productivity projects, ensuring timely delivery and with desired successful outcomes. This includes tasks such as preparing and issuing tenders, managing the contract and procurement operations, tracking and of and effectively managing project data. Candidates will be required to provide regular progress updates need to be provided to relevant stakeholders.
3. Data Analysis and Solution Validation:
Analyze data to validate the effectiveness and Cost-Benefits Analysis (CBA) of implemented solutions and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
4. Collaboration with External and Internal Stakeholders:
Engage with external and internal stakeholders to drive collaboration and ensure seamless project execution. This collaboration includes working together to identify and resolve project challenges, review and sharing of study findings and recommendations of validated solutions to relevant agencies and industry partners. Advocate for the adoption of validated new technologies and AI solutions within the Built Environment sector, fostering innovation and efficiency and improving productivity.
[What we are looking for]

Possess relevant background (such as Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering and Architecture)
•
Familiarity with automation and productivity solutions in the built environment sector preferably with minimum 5 years relevant experience.
•
Possess strong interest to improve productivity and overcome challenges in the Built Environment sector through technology.
•
Possess logical and strong analytical skills with an adaptable and open mindset.
•
Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
•
Proactive and able to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders
•
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, driving innovation and efficiency.
•
Candidate with contractor background would be considered favourably.
