Job Description
[What the role is]
We are seeking people with drive, initiative and innovative ideas to help shape the future of HDB towns.
[What you will be working on]
You will plan & manage civil engineering projects including infrastructure and geotechnical engineering works. You will be required to conduct feasibility/traffic impact/ environmental studies, analyse and provide cost-effective solutions for civil engineering challenges including the preparation of cost estimates & schedules for the projects. You will also be responsible for coordination & supervision of the tendering process, engineering design works , supervision works and projects management of consultancy and construction works including managing your projects to meet budgets & deadlines. You should have strong communication skills and be able to manage consultations with government agencies and stakeholders. We are looking for people with strong analytical ability, problem solving skills, determination and creative thinking.
[What we are looking for]
You should possess a relevant background in Civil Engineering/Environmental Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore. Prior experience in infrastructure, geotechnical, traffic or hydraulic engineering projects and knowledge of the relevant engineering design/analysis softwares will be an asset.
Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
