Job Description
This is a remote position. Genesis Consulting is seeking a motivated, ambitious, hardworking, and resourceful SAP Project Manager to lead an S/4HANA migration for a nationwide commercial client.
Join our team and utilize SAP technology to configure, develop, deliver and support applications for our clients while leveraging concepts of Lean, Agile, Kanban and SAFe.

Duties and Responsibilities: The SAP Agile Project Manager will manage the project schedule and costs, oversee stakeholder scope, manage delivery teams, and coordinate and maintain several engagements for strategic consulting services among multiple workstreams.
The SAP Project Manager will oversee the migration of multiple legacy systems and ultimately the implementation of S/4HANA and SuccessFactors Human Capital Management.
Duties include but may not be limited to: Manage reporting and resolution of issues, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying potential planning gaps, implementing mitigations to risks, and driving actions to close issues Provide project leadership to include ability to discuss and champion the business case for change to a business audience, and actively participate and execute high value business solutions Lead program planning and deployment, budget management, scope management, risk management, operations transformation, systems integration, and software development Evaluate, plan for, and drive organizational change Assist in managing the approach, tools and processes that will be used to support business transition events Maintain and coordinate project tasks, Jira upkeep and entries Coordination and management of multiple workstreams requiring project initiation, planning, organization, execution, control, closure, problem solving, account management and project documentation.
