Your new role
Reporting into theProject Management team, you will provide technical and project engineeringsupport across the civil scope of a major renewable energy project. You will beresponsible for coordinating subcontractors, monitoring project progress, ensuringquality standards are met, and supporting the safe and efficient delivery ofworks.
Key responsibilities include:
• Coordinate and overseecivil construction activities across the project.
• Manage subcontractorsto ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to specification.
• Monitor projectschedules, budgets and progress against key milestones.
• Prepare scopes ofwork, progress reports, forecasts and project documentation.
• Review and interpretengineering designs for construction.
• Assist with contractadministration, variation management and subcontractor claims.
• Conduct siteinspections and ensure compliance with QA, HSE and project requirements.
• Work collaborativelywith multidisciplinary teams to support overall project delivery.
• Support commissioningand handover activities.
What you'll need to succeed
• Degree in CivilEngineering or similar.
• Project Engineerexperience within civil construction.
• Experience managingsubcontractors and work packages.
• Exposure to renewable,mining, infrastructure or heavy civil projects.
• Knowledge of planning,scheduling and contract administration.
• Primavera P6experience highly regarded.
• Strong communicationand stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to safety,quality and project delivery.
