Your new role
Working on a 2:1 FIFOroster, you will provide electrical engineering and project delivery supportacross construction and commissioning activities, ensuring works are deliveredsafely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You willwork closely with subcontractors, site teams, and project stakeholders tocoordinate electrical scopes and drive successful project outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing andcoordinating electrical construction activities on site.
• Overseeing electricalsubcontractors and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Preparing scopes ofwork, budgets, schedules, and project reports.
• Monitoring projectprogress, costs, quality, and safety performance.
• Supporting testing,commissioning, and energisation activities.
• Coordinatingelectrical interfaces with civil and mechanical work packages.
• Ensuring compliancewith Australian Standards, client requirements, and statutory regulations.
• Managing variations,technical queries, and project documentation.
What you'll need to succeed
• Degree in ElectricalEngineering.
• Experience deliveringelectrical projects across renewables, utilities, infrastructure, mining orpower sectors.
• Experience managingsubcontractors and site-based works.
• Knowledge ofAustralian standards, commissioning and project delivery.
• Experience withplanning, scheduling, budgeting and contract administration.
• Strong communicationand stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to thrive in afast-paced construction environment.
