Project Engineers Central role supporting day-to-day planning, coordination and technical delivery across civil, SMP and electrical work fronts on a major TSF upgrade projectHands-on involvement preparing work packs, ITPs, technical queries, sequencing plans and quality documentation while supporting procurement, materials and subcontractor coordinationKey contributor to safe and efficient site execution, working closely with supervisors, senior engineers and project leadership on a 2:1 FIFO roster Harry Maxwell has been engaged to conduct a targeted search for experienced Project Engineers to support a series of major civil and SMP infrastructure projects across Western Australia and the Northern Territory. These packages include TSF upgrades, pipeline removal and installation, pump station construction, mechanical installation and electrical integration across a range of mining and resources sites. As a Project Engineer, you will play a central role in planning, coordination and technical delivery across civil, SMP and electrical work fronts. You will support site leadership to ensure safe, efficient and disciplined execution within live-plant environments. What’s in It for You Competitive FIFO rates and full-time ongoing opportunitiesFlights, accommodation and meals providedExposure to diverse multidisciplinary projects across WA and NTSupportive team and strong safety cultureCareer development and long-term project continuity About the Role Prepare and manage work packs, ITPs, technical queries, design clarifications and quality documentationAssist with planning and sequencing across civil, SMP and electrical work frontsSupport procurement, materials management, subcontractor coordination and site logisticsContribute to cost tracking, forecasting, progress reporting and schedule inputWork closely with supervisors, senior engineers, project managers and HSE teams to ensure safe and efficient executionAssist with commissioning support, punchlisting, close-out documentation and handover requirements Key Requirements Minimum 4 years’ experience in civil or SMP engineering within mining or heavy-industrial environmentsExperience delivering brownfields projects with multiple concurrent work frontsExposure to TSF, water infrastructure, pipelines or pump stationsStrong competence in planning, sequencing, QA, technical coordination and subcontractor interactionFamiliarity with site-based governance, specifications and assurance processesDegree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or related discipline)Ability to work on a FIFO 2:1 roster
