The Roles
With an extensive pipeline of upcoming work, we are seeking applications from Senior Project Engineers (civil or geotechnical) to join our Perth-based team. The roles offer the opportunity to grow your career, with a strong technical team around you providing support and mentoring.
Reporting to the Principal Engineer, the Senior Project Engineers will support the coordination and delivery of project activities to ensure high standards of quality, safety, and performance. The Senior Project Engineers will also provide technical and logistical input to project teams to ensure efficiency across all phases of execution and to support delivery within defined timeframes and budget requirements.
Our Ideal Candidate
• Degree-qualified in civil or geotechnical engineering (or an equivalent tertiary qualification).
• 10+ years’ relevant experience in the mining, civil, or geotechnical industries.
• Experience planning, scheduling, conducting, and delegating engineering and geotechnical investigations.
• Experience in civil/geotechnical design for bulk earthworks, water dams, tailings dams, heap leach pads, foundations, and civil structures.
• Experience monitoring work for compliance with relevant codes, practices, and standards.
• Ability to verify that earthworks are constructed in accordance with the design intent.
• Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills, ensuring effective coordination between clients and internal project teams.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage projects effectively.
