Job Description

Your Role at a Glance The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting the financial operations of Mastercam ’s European entities.

Serving as the primary finance business partner for the region, this role ensures accurate financial reporting, robust financial analysis, compliance with local and corporate requirements, and effective communication between European operations and corporate finance.

Key responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial results; supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making; monitoring internal controls; ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements; and coordinating with external audit and tax advisors.

The position also acts as a liaison between European business leaders and the U. S. headquarters finance team to ensure alignment of financial processes, reporting standards, and business objectives.

This role is fully remote within Europe and requires regular travel across European locations, as well as occasional travel to corporate offices. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional European language is preferred.

How You’ll Drive Success Financial Reporting & Analysis Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial results for European entities. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Produce clear and accurate financial reports for corporate finance and senior management.

Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and key variances. Provide commentary and insight on revenue, costs, margins, cash flow, and balance sheet movements. Ensure financial data is accurate, complete, and submitted in line with corporate deadlines.

Entity Support and Business Partnership Act as the main finance point of contact for European entities. Build strong relationships with local entity leaders, operational teams, and corporate finance. Provide financial guidance and support to local teams. Translate financial dat
