Job Title Opportunity for someone who enjoys working on technically complex, detail-oriented About Our Client Work on unique and high-profile historic restoration projects. Job Description Assist in managing all phases of construction projects, including preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams. Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness. Track project costs, change orders, RFIs, and submittals. Support procurement and subcontractor management. Monitor project schedules and proactively identify risks or delays. Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications. Assist in project closeout, documentation, and turnover. Contribute to maintaining strong client relationships and repeat business. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. 1-6+ years of experience in construction (project engineering or project management). Experience or exposure to masonry, faΓ§ade restoration, concrete, or historic preservation strongly preferred. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar). Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. What's on Offer Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience). Performance-based bonuses.
