Concrete Construction Project Manager This opportunity is with a reputable employee-owned general contractor. The company is a medium-sized enterprise with a focus on delivering high-quality projects and fostering long-term client relationships. Job Description • Manage multiple concrete construction projects from award through completion. • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. • Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and owners. • Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders. • Procure materials and subcontractors while maintaining project budgets. • Monitor project costs, productivity, and financial performance. • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and leadership. • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards. • Resolve project issues proactively to minimize schedule impacts. • Support successful project closeout, documentation, and client satisfaction. The Successful Applicant • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Experience in project management in commercial concrete construction. • Strong understanding of structural concrete, foundations, slabs, and cast-in-place construction. • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractors. • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
