Job Title Project Manager Job Description The key responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety. Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools. Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement. Deliver projects ranging from $20M+ within a strong, $500M+ pipeline. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate should have a bachelor's degree preferred in construction related field (Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture). They should have 7+ years of construction project management experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. Having commercial/education experience is a plus. Software experience in Bluebeam, Procore, Timberline is also required. A non-jumpy candidate with experience working with IPS, negotiating and relationship management skills, true leadership experience managing teams, and multi-tasking with a sense of urgency while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy is crucial.
