Product Analyst

Responsibilities: - Collect, organize, and analyze product and customer usage data to help product management and executive leadership make informed decisions. - Build and monitor customer data dashboards, identify patterns and set alerts for the same. - Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering team for successful execution of product features. - Compile reports on recent feature requests and upcoming launches to share with internal stakeholders. - Liaise with the Product team to set clear objectives for day to day functions and measure against the set KPIs. Requirements: - Brings 1-3 years of prior experience with Product Analytics or Product Operations. - Good logical thinking capabilities and should be comfortable working with numbers and ability to work hands on with APIs and JSON text format. - Have strong analytical and reporting skills; strong interpersonal skills and be able to work across teams. - Be organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables.
