Job Description
We are a prominent group comprising 18 companies headquartered in Lucknow. The group has established a significant presence across diverse sectors such as microfinance and investment, pharmaceuticals, information technology, retail, real estate, and FMCG.
Today, our group operates across 28 states and 2 Union Territories in India, with a network of over 220 offices and a workforce exceeding 3,600 employees. Candidates who are permanently residing or native of Lucknow will be shortlisted for interview. Position:- Telecaller Sales Executive.
Job Location:- Alambagh, LucknowSalary:- Rs. 10,000 – Rs. 15,000/-Job type:- Full time, Work from office. Shift timing:- 10:00 am - 06:30 pmJob responsibilities:-Make outbound calls to customers and explain company products and services. Generate sales leads and follow up with them. Handle customer queries.
Achieve daily and monthly targets. Basic requirements:-1 year or more experienced in Telecalling / Telesales or in any BPO in Telesales or FresherGraduation / Bachelor's degree. Good communication skills in English and Hindi both. Basic computer knowledge. Positive and target-oriented.
Important points for an Interview:-Mode:- Face to face mode only, NO online/virtual interview will be held. Interview venue:- at Alambagh, Lucknow (the job location). Days and timing:- In weekdays in second half only at 02:00 - 05:00 pm.
