Company A well established contractor specialising in architectural metalwork and steel fabrication. With an enviable reputation for delivering complex and high quality projects throughout NSW, they partner with leading builders, architects and developers across commercial, residential and Infrastructure. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join their close knit team. The Opportunity Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from handover through to completion. You'll coordinate procurement, fabrication, installation and client communication, ensuring projects are delivered on programme and to a high standard. Responsibilities • Manage multiple architectural metal and steel projects simultaneously. • Coordinate detailing, procurement, fabrication, logistics and site installation. • Develop and maintain construction programmes. • Liaise with builders, architects, consultants and subcontractors. • Manage project budgets, variations and cost control. • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget. • Coordinate RFIs, shop drawings and technical documentation. About You To be successful you will ideally possess: • Previous Project Management experience within architectural metalwork, structural steel or specialist fabrication. • Strong understanding of fabrication and installation processes. • Ability to read engineering and architectural drawings. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strong organisational and problem solving abilities. • Experience delivering commercial construction projects. • Australian construction industry experience. • Possess Australian PR or Citizen To Apply Click the apply button Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
