Manager - Strategy

We are looking for an experienced Strategy Manager to drive enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, business transformation programs, and organizational growth. The ideal candidate will partner with leadership teams to formulate long-term business strategies, evaluate new growth opportunities, improve operational performance, and ensure strategic objectives are translated into measurable business outcomes. This role requires an individual with strong business acumen, structured problem-solving abilities, stakeholder management expertise, and hands-on experience in strategic planning frameworks. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end strategy consulting engagements and enterprise transformation initiatives for internal business units and clients. - Develop long-term corporate and business strategies aligned with organizational vision, market dynamics, and competitive positioning. - Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis to identify emerging business opportunities. - Perform business diagnostics to evaluate organizational performance, operational effectiveness, and strategic maturity. - Conduct SWOT Analysis, Risk Assessments, Gap Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis to identify business challenges and recommend strategic interventions. - Apply Porter's Five Forces, Portfolio Analysis, Value Chain Analysis, and other strategic frameworks to support executive decision-making. - Design and implement Balanced Scorecards and KPI frameworks for tracking strategic initiatives across business functions. - Facilitate Hoshin Kanri planning sessions to align strategic objectives with departmental execution plans. - Conduct feasibility studies and business case assessments for new products, market expansion, digital transformation initiatives, acquisitions, and investment opportunities. - Develop contingency plans, business continuity strategies, and risk mitigation frameworks to ensure organizational resilience. - Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic priorities, annual operating plans, and organizational roadmaps. - Monitor strategic initiatives through governance frameworks and performance dashboards, ensuring timely execution. - Present strategic recommendations, board reports, business cases, and executive presentations to CXOs and key stakeholders. - Lead cross-functional teams in implementing strategic transformation projects while managing timelines, budgets, and project risks. - Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions, and strategic planning meetings with business leaders. - Support mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, diversification initiatives, and market entry strategies where applicable. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process optimization opportunities across business functions. - Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, external clients, and leadership teams to deliver sustainable business outcomes. - Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of strategic methodologies and best practices. Experience: - 7-12 years of overall professional experience. - Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Consulting, Management Consulting, or Strategic Planning. - Experience working with Banking, Financial Services, Consulting, Manufacturing, or Large Enterprise organizations is preferred. - Demonstrated experience leading strategic transformation programs and cross-functional initiatives.
