Senior Vice President/Vice President - Transitions - Insurance

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Vice President/Vice President Transitions to lead end-to-end transition and migration programs for global insurance clients. The role requires driving large-scale transformation initiatives, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery across global teams while maintaining governance, quality, and timelines. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in insurance transitions, migration programs, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Lead multiple end-to-end transition and migration projects independently. - Manage project planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery within agreed timelines. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams across global delivery centers. - Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the transition lifecycle. - Establish governance frameworks and conduct regular project reviews. - Monitor project milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans. - Prepare and present project status updates to senior leadership and clients. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous enhancement initiatives. - Capture project learnings and implement best practices across future transition programs. - Conduct transition methodology and project management training sessions for internal teams. - Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and organizational processes. - Drive stakeholder engagement across business, operations, technology, and client teams. Required Experience: - 20+ years of overall experience in the Insurance industry. - Significant experience managing transition and migration programs. - Proven success in leading mid to large-scale transformation projects. - Experience working with global clients and distributed delivery teams. - Strong understanding of transition management frameworks and governance. - Experience in process mapping, documentation, workflow analysis, and operational transformation.
