Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager with proven experience client coordination and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams while delivering on-time, high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities : - Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for IT and support service projects - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency and trust throughout the engagement - Translate client requirements into actionable tasks and coordinate with technical teams - Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, schedules, and status reports - Conduct regular client meetings, progress reviews, and ensure prompt communication - Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues to keep deliverables on track - Monitor resource allocation and performance, ensuring optimal utilization - Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline - Collaborate with leadership to improve project delivery frameworks and client satisfaction metrics Required Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field - 5- 7 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on client communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - 5+ years of Hands on experience with Microsoft365 - Ability to manage multiple projects and have IT Infrastructure experience of atleast 5 years. - Proficiency with project management tools like Asana, Jira, Trello, or MS Project - Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, MSP services, or remote support environments - Experience working with international clients (US/UK/Australia preferred) Must Have : - PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications - Familiarity with ITIL practices or Managed Service Provider (MSP) ecosystem - Previous experience working with ticketing systems like ConnectWise, Zendesk, or Freshdesk
