IT Technical Project Manager - Agile Methodologies

Role Details : Direct On-roll with the client. Work Location : Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore. Mode of Work : Work from Office | MON - SAT (2 Saturdays are holiday). Key Responsibilities : - Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, from initial requirement gathering to final deployment, ensuring all deliverables meet rigorous quality standards and business objectives. - Orchestrate cross-functional teams by facilitating clear communication and removing technical roadblocks to maintain project velocity and team morale. - Manage complex stakeholder relationships by providing transparent reporting on project health, risks, and resource allocation to ensure alignment with company-wide strategic initiatives. - Implement and refine agile methodologies, such as SAFe or Scrum, to optimize team productivity and ensure continuous delivery of high-impact software solutions. - Drive the adoption of DevOps best practices across the development lifecycle to enhance deployment frequency, reduce failure rates, and improve overall system reliability. Key Requirements : - Proficient 10 + years of work experience in IT - Program / Project / Delivery Management roles. - Demonstrated success with managing a cross-functional delivery teams across SDLC work-streams (Web | Mobile | UI, UX | QA | UAT & DevOps Release). - Experience in driving Agile, Scrum, Waterfall / hybrid delivery models with ability to tailor governance to context. - Expertise in project tracking & reporting tools. - Any PMP / similar Project Management certifications (Completed / Pursuing) is preferred. - Experience in scaling business operations of Tier - 2 / 3 city environments with platform-driven industries (Mobility / Logistics / Transportation) is a plus. - To have excellent - communication (written & Oral), analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
