Senior Partner Engineer - Hardware Partnerships

We design Spotify’s consumer experience—end to end, moment to moment, across every screen, platform, and partner integration. Our mission is to make listening feel effortless, personal, and joyful for billions of users around the world.

That means turning complexity into clarity across hundreds of touchpoints—from our mobile and desktop apps to the smart speakers, TVs, cars, and integrations where Spotify shows up every day. If it touches a consumer, we shape it.

We bring deep insight into human behavior, design and technology to craft experiences that feel intuitive, expressive and unmistakably Spotify. Spotify is available on thousands of connected devices around the world—from smart speakers and TVs to audio systems and emerging hardware platforms.

Behind every great listening experience is a close partnership between Spotify engineers and the companies building those products. As a Senior Partner Engineer, you'll help shape those partnerships.

You'll work with leading hardware manufacturers to bring new Spotify experiences to life, acting as the technical bridge between external partners and Spotify engineering teams.

Whether you're helping a partner integrate Spotify's Core Playback SDK, driving technical alignment across multiple engineering teams, or solving complex integration challenges, your work will directly influence how millions of listeners experience Spotify every day.
