About the Role Value Delivery & Process Optimization Value Delivery: Identify the potential improvements in technology and process and work with customers to drive business outcomes (e.g., DSO reduction, increased auto-match rates). The "Day-in-the-Life" Audit: Conduct deep-dive observations of client finance workflows to identify friction points and bottlenecks. Adoption Strategy: Design and execute playbooks that drive user engagement and ensure the AI platform becomes the backbone of the client’s finance operations. Strategic Governance & Steering Operational Committee Ownership: Lead monthly meetings with client SMEs to review health metrics and tactical progress. Executive Readiness: Manage up and prepare executives for Steering Committees, providing the data-driven narrative of value delivered.
