Job Summary Lead and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, profitability, and compliance. Manage budgets, inventory, staff, and quality controls to drive organizational success and improve customer service quality. Responsibilities Ensure all operations are conducted in a cost-effective and appropriate manner to meet organizational goals Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse operations to maintain smooth supply chain flow Ensure organizational processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements to mitigate risks Formulate strategic and operational objectives to align with business goals and drive growth Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for improving profitability and operational performance Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial discipline and resource allocation Perform quality control checks and monitor production KPIs to maintain high standards and continuous improvement Recruit, train, and supervise staff to build a competent and motivated operations team Identify and implement initiatives to increase the quality of customer service and satisfaction Required competencies and certifications Proven work experience as Operations Manager or in a similar operational leadership role Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management principles Experience in budgeting and forecasting to support financial planning Familiarity with business and financial principles to inform decision-making Preferred competencies and qualifications Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams and stakeholders Leadership ability to inspire and guide staff towards achieving operational goals Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and complex processes Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
