Job Summary Lead and develop a cleaning team to deliver exceptional service by managing training, performance, safety, and client relations while ensuring compliance with company and client standards. Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of cleaning staff to achieve high performance and service excellence Manage stock levels of consumables and spare parts to ensure uninterrupted operations Train employees on job roles and the latest cleaning technology to enhance efficiency and safety Certify that all cleaning equipment is safe and fully operational before use Oversee and resolve escalations and implement performance management strategies Supervise cleaning team performance to maintain company and client standards Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks to promote a safe working environment Collaborate with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction on site Maintain a motivated and well-trained workforce committed to cleanliness and service quality Perform cleaning tasks proficiently to meet company and client expectations Supervise all employee work at assigned sites to ensure compliance with standards Communicate with clients regarding appointment times and cleaning duration professionally Drive official vehicle with team and supplies to various locations efficiently Collect payments professionally and ensure all keys, codes, and payments are returned to the office daily Model a positive attitude and set an example for team members to follow Continuously coach and redirect employees to adhere to company standards and improve performance
