Work From Anywhere in LATAM or the Philippines Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Compensation Range: $1750/month based on experience A fast-growing US-based startup company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to streamline operations through AI-driven automation, maintain CRM integrity, and build the scalable data infrastructure needed to support growth. The company runs a lean, high-velocity environment where revenue, marketing, and customer success teams depend on clean data and efficient systems. The culture prioritizes automation, efficiency, and operational ownership over manual processes. Day-to-day, the Revenue Operations Manager owns HubSpot CRM structure, hygiene, and governance, designs and implements AI-driven automations across GTM and customer success workflows, builds and maintains data pipelines across CRM, product, and marketing systems, and develops dashboards that turn raw data into actionable insight. Success means a cleaner, more automated, and more reliable revenue engine that scales with the business. Requirements Must-Have 3–6+ years in Revenue Operations, Data Operations, or Automation Engineering with end-to-end ownership of CRM and workflow systems Hands-on HubSpot CRM administration including pipeline build-out, workflow configuration, segmentation, and data-integrity audits Demonstrated experience building automations using workflow tools such as Zapier, Make, or equivalent Working knowledge of SQL and dashboard/BI tools for reporting and funnel analytics Experience integrating tools across a GTM tech stack to reduce data silos Applied experience with AI tools and prompt-based workflows for process automation C1+ English (CEFR) for cross-functional collaboration with US-based stakeholders Nice-to-Have Experience in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment Exposure to data warehouse tools (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake) or ETL pipelines Familiarity with product analytics or marketing automation platforms HubSpot Revenue Operations
