Sr. Manager of Supplier Management

Hybrid in Chicago with approximately 10 days of travel per month $120K-$150K plus an annual bonus up to 15% Required Skills: Proven expertise in supplier relationship management and strategic sourcing Strong negotiation and contract management skills Deep understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and ERP/MRP systems Exceptional analytical, reporting, and forecasting capabilities Track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving operational performance Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to develop and implement comprehensive supplier strategies Prior experience in a manufacturing or product-driven organization Familiarity with cost analysis, rebate programs, and supplier performance metrics Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field 7-10 years of experience managing external supplier relationships within a supply chain-driven organization Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role overseeing procurement or supplier management functions Other Requirements: Willingness to engage in occasional travel for supplier visits and industry conferences.

Passport needed to travel out of the United States.
