We're hiring a recruiter to help shape the team that will be responsible for it. You'll partner with design leadership to hire across Product Design, Design Engineering, and Brand Design. You'll lead searches from inception to close, helping teams identify, assess, and hire exceptional designers. The best designers are rarely on the market. A big part of the job is fostering relationships before someone starts their job search: through events, referrals, and ongoing engagement with the design community. You'll help Ramp stay connected to talent and cultivate the networks that drive future hiring.
