About the Role We’re looking for a Paid Advertising professional to own the execution, performance, and growth of paid media campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients. This role sits at the intersection of hands-on campaign management, performance strategy, and client communication. Depending on experience, you’ll either focus on execution with growing strategic exposure or lead complex accounts and contribute to higher-level decision-making. Requirements 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid media or performance marketing Experience managing campaigns across at least 2 major platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CAC, conversion rates) Experience with campaign setup, optimization, and reporting Proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of results What You’ll Do Own end-to-end execution and performance of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta,
