The Amazon Ads Brand Innovation Lab (BIL) is seeking a UX Designer who is passionate about creating engaging, user-centered digital experiences for some of the world's most innovative brands.In this role, - Bachelor's degree or above in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or Associate's degree - Experience designing and executing online customer experiences - Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar - Experience and practical knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, web-based information architecture and designs - Experience in A/B testing - Experience in stakeholder management and communication management - Expert Webflow builder, better if certified. - Proficiency with Webflow for building and maintaining responsive websites and interactive experiences. - Understanding of HTML and CSS and responsive design principles. - Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making.
