We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager with a strong background in maritime services to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid professional background in ship repair, technical maintenance, and marine supplies (provision & technical stores). You will be responsible for identifying shipowners' and managers' requirements, managing fleet supply chains, and crafting tailored solutions from our comprehensive ship repair services and technical stores portfolio. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Revenue Growth : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share for both our ship repair solutions and marine supply chains. - Technical & Supply Consultation : Identify and understand client pain points regarding vessel maintenance and supply shortages, delivering optimal solutions from our service and technical stores portfolio. - Commercial Mapping : Map complex technical vessel issues and supply requirements to the commercial and operational challenges faced by shipowners and ship managers. Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and support the sales and procurement teams to consistently achieve individual and collective targets. - Key Account Management : Build and maintain robust relationships with shipowners, management companies, and purchasing departments, identifying new business and negotiating high-value supply and repair contracts. - Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze sales data, order conversion rates, and market trends to optimize pricing strategies and drive growth. - Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with technical superintendents, shipyard project managers, and logistics/warehouse in teams to ensure seamless bidding and on-time delivery to vessels . -Executive Reporting : Prepare and present comprehensive reports on sales pipelines, procurement metrics, and customer feedback to senior management . Requirements: - Experience : At least 8-9 years of proven sales experience in the maritime indus
