Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Corporate Services Manager to oversee Human Resources, Administration, Finance and Corporate Support functions across a group of companies operating in the engineering and power systems industry. The successful candidate will work closely with Directors and support the daily operations of multiple entities within the Group. Key Responsibilities Human Resources & Administration Oversee the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions across the Group. Supervise HR & Admin Executives and HR & Admin Assistants. Manage employee onboarding, offboarding and work pass administration. Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and employment-related matters. Support manpower planning and employee administration. Finance & Corporate Support Oversee daily finance operations and monitor cash flow across multiple entities. Monitor bank balances, payment schedules and operating expenses. Review monthly accounts prepared by the finance team. Prepare management reports for Directors. Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents and company secretaries. Payroll & Banking Review and process monthly payroll. Liaise with banks on corporate banking matters. Prepare Bank Guarantee (BG) and Letter of Credit (LC) applications. Manage online banking payment submissions and approval processes. Project Support Support project teams on project costing and operational matters. Coordinate overseas logistics and shipment activities when required. Corporate Compliance Coordinate GST, annual audit and Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) matters. Ensure timely submission of statutory requirements. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Accountancy, Finance or equivalent. Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. Experience in engineering, M&E, construction or project-based industries will be an advantage.
