Responsibility Purchase & Billing Management – Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices accurately and on schedule. Documentation Control – Maintain proper filing and record keeping of purchasing, billing, and related documents. Supplier & Team Coordination – Work with vendors and internal teams to track orders, monitor deliveries, and resolve discrepancies. Payment Verification – Verify billing details, reconcile inconsistencies, and support payment processing activities. Administrative Support – Provide assistance with data entry, reporting, and correspondence to ensure smooth office operations. Workflow Management – Handle enquiries and follow‑ups to maintain effective communication between operations and finance. Requirement Minimum ITE education level in any field Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative experience in operations Compassionate, empathetic, and good at building rapport with customers Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred We regret to inform you that only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
