Our client is looking to expand their sales team and are seeking high-caliber Native or C2 German speakers for Tech Sales Development Representative (SDR) Work from Home roles. They require confident professionals with exceptional verbal communication skills and a native-level command of the language. Only Candidates that Speak, Read and Write in Fluent German to apply, also must have Technical Sales Experience - This is not a call centre position. The Role: The primary focus is Outbound Appointment Setting . SDRs will be responsible for proactive outbound prospecting and qualifying leads to book high-quality meetings for our Account Executives. Project Variety: Our SDRs work across multiple projects simultaneously. We need adaptable individuals who can pivot between different industries and value propositions effectively. Technical Requirements: Candidates must have a reliable Fiber internet connection with a minimum line speed of 20 Mbps Upload and 20 Mbps Download . Experience & Mindset: Candidates must have prior Tech SDR experience and a genuine passion for the "hunt." While leads are provided, the role is heavily focused on cold calling ; candidates must be resilient and highly motivated by this environment. Working Hours & Holidays: Standard shifts: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00 . Holiday Policy: We work on South African public holidays and observe all German public holidays off instead. We are open to discussing leave flexibility should a candidate wish to swap specific days. Compensation & Benefits Fixed base salary, regardless of seniority or prior experience. A performance-based bonus of up to €2,000, paid monthly in arrears. This is based on performance against client business case KPIs. Equipment: Full IT equipment will be provided by the company.
