About the Role: Crusoe is building the AI infrastructure that powers the next generation of compute — and our Tech org is at the center of it. As Director of Employee Success supporting our Product and Engineering teams, you'll be a true strategic partner to VPs and senior leaders navigating rapid growth, org evolution, and the unique challenges of building at the frontier of AI. This isn't a support role — it's a seat at the table. You'll shape how our tech teams are structured, how talent grows, and how our culture scales as the company does. What You'll Be Working On: Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to Product and Engineering VPs — weighing in on org design, team structure, and people strategy as the business scales Talent Planning: Lead organizational assessments and headcount planning to en
