Role Summary We are looking for a strategic and data-driven professional to lead global programs focused on customer retention, revenue growth, and volume expansion . This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, analytics, and commercial execution , translating business drivers into scalable initiatives that improve key metrics across regions. As the Active Customer Growth Program Manager , you’ll collaborate extensively with the regional commercial team, Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Product teams and analytics teams to deliver a 360° approach to customer engagement, ensuring that our strategies address the full customer journey and meet the unique needs of high-value customers in a scalable way. This role involves leveraging insights, analyzing trends, and managing cross-functional projects to enhance customer growth and retention. Some travel may be required.
