We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Italian Chef to support daily kitchen operations and lead the team in delivering authentic Italian dining experiences. Job Responsibilities Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations Ensure food quality, consistency, presentation, and hygiene standards are maintained Conduct training and guidance for junior kitchen staff Monitor inventory, stock ordering, and food cost control Ensure proper kitchen scheduling and manpower planning together with management Support menu development and seasonal promotions Ensure compliance with SFA food safety and workplace safety regulations Handle kitchen issues efficiently during peak service periods Requirements Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Italian cuisine, with leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of Italian cooking techniques and kitchen operations
