Design and implement channel and partnership strategies to broaden market reach and accelerate revenue growth. Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic alliances with distributors, referral partners, and intermediaries. Evaluate market trends and channel performance to uncover growth opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure partnership initiatives align with overall business objectives. Monitor, analyze, and report on channel and partner performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Requirements: Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent At least 4 years of hands-on experience managing channel partnerships within SME financing, including working capital and small business funding solutions. Strong negotiation, relationship management, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
