Job Description
One North, a Singapore based IT Services firm is currently Software and Applications Manager - Singapore Citizens / Singapore Permanent Residents - with minimum 8+ years of experience as perdetails given below Roles and Responsibilities :- End-to-end management of assigned software applications across SDLC including support, enhancements, releases, upgrades, and change requests. Ensure application stability, availability, performance, security, and compliance with internal IT standards. Manage incident, problem and change management activities in coordination with support and infrastructure teams. Work with technical teams to assess application issues, priorities fixes, and drive timely resolution. Coordinate with teams for system maintenance, integration, upgrades, and support. Ensure proper documentation of application architecture, functional flows, SOPs, release notes, and support processes. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Support product owners and business stakeholders in backlog prioritization sprint readiness. Remove delivery blockers and help teams maintain sprint discipline and Agile best practices. Track sprint progress, velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments. Plan, manage, and deliver application projects, enhancements, and transformation initiatives. Define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource plans. Coordinate with business, technology, QA, security, infrastructure, and vendor teams to ensure smooth delivery. Prepare project status reports, RAID logs, steering committee updates, and management dashboards. Manage project budgets, timelines, stakeholder expectations, and escalation processes. Ensure successful release planning, UAT coordination, production deployment, and post-implementation support.
