Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps.

Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.

What you'll do Proactively manage calendars, including coordinating sales and partnership meetings, discovery calls, legal contract negotiations, etc. Ensure the effectiveness of meetings by sending preparation and follow-up materials, such as sales agreements, legal documents, etc.

Plan and execute internal events (in-person and virtual), including team offsites, trainings, and team travel weeks. Support external events, including happy hours, sporting events, leadership in market tours, and beyond.

Establish new and improve existing administrative systems and processes while helping build the founding Sierra admin team. What you'll bring 5+ years of Executive Assistant or similar role. Ability to build relationships and partner effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
