If you want to build meaningful products, solve real problems and make a genuine difference for local businesses, we’d love to hear from you Key responsibilities Supporting day-to-day marketing activities and preparing content for social media and other materials Assisting with the organisation of events and promotional activities Managing calendars and scheduling meetings Preparing meetings, calls, presentations and other business materials Working in Excel/Google Sheets and preparing and updating reports Organising promotional materials and Teya merchandise Tracking agreed activities and deadlines Coordinating various ad hoc tasks and supporting the team’s day-to-day operations Handling basic communication with suppliers and partners Requirements Current student of Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field At least one year of experience in an office environment Previous marketing experience is an advantage Availability to work 32 hours per week Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel and/or Google Sheets Experience working with Canva Strong organisational skills, independence and a sense of responsibility Experience working with Adobe
