Job Title: Associate Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking Department: Corporate Banking Location: Pune CTC: Max 25L Reporting To: Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking Required Qualifications: B.Com, MBA / PGDM in Finance, Banking, or Business Management, CA / CFA Experience: - 2-4 years of experience in: Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking - Relationship Management, Credit Analysis or Financial Advisory Role Purpose: The Associate Relationship Manager will support the Corporate Banking team in managing corporate client relationships, assisting with credit proposals, business development, Trade Finance, and Foreign Trade, and ensuring smooth servicing of corporate banking clients. The role focuses on strengthening client engagement and supporting revenue growth through banking products and financial solutions. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Relationship Management - Assist the Relationship Manager in maintaining and strengthening relationships with corporate clients. - Coordinate with clients for documentation, financial information, and transaction requirements. - Ensure timely servicing of client banking needs, including loans, working capital facilities, trade finance, and treasury products. 2. Business Development Support - Identify potential corporate clients for banking products and financial services. - Support the RM in expanding the corporate portfolio and generating new business opportunities. - Participate in client meetings, presentations, and relationship-building activities. 3. Credit and Financial Analysis - Assist in preparing credit proposals and financial analysis of corporate clients. - Evaluate financial statements, cash flow projections, and the creditworthiness of companies. - Support internal teams in credit appraisal, risk assessment, and documentation. 4. Coordination with Internal Departments - Work closely with credit, risk, compliance, operations, and trade finance teams. - Ensure proper documentation and adherence to banking policies and regulatory guidelines. - Follow up on loan approvals, disbursements, and account monitoring. 5. Portfolio Monitoring - Track performance of existing corporate accounts. - Monitor credit exposure, repayment schedules, and account conduct. - Assist in identifying early warning signals in corporate accounts. 6. Compliance and Risk Management - Ensure compliance with banking regulations, KYC norms, and internal policies. - Maintain proper records and documentation for audit and regulatory requirements. - Managing Foreign Transactions, Trade Finance, and BG & EMDs
