**Field Administrative Assistant** **Department:** Culinary **Employment Type:** Full Time **Location:** Katy, TX **Reporting To:** Jeff Inman **Compensation:** $18. 00 - $20. 00 / hour **Description** **Summary** Cotton is searching for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Administrative Assistant.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing several administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.

**Key Responsibilities** + Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with Cotton personnel + Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries + Organize and/or assist with events and functions + Assist with the preparation of business presentations including text, powerpoint and electronic presentations + Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
+ Prepare monthly expense reports + Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents + Uphold a strict level of confidentiality + Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele + Perform general administrative duties + MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL UP TO 30 DAYS AT A TIME **Skills, Knowledge and Expertise** **Education:** + Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required **Experience/Skillset:** + Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience + Three to five years of administrative experience + Three to five years of executive assistant experience + Experience managing multiple calendars + Experience booking travel + Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software + Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties + Professional level verbal and written communication skills + Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities + Exceptional interpersonal skills + Friendly and professional demeanor Disclaimer: This Job Description indicates the general nature and level of work expected of the incumbent(s).
