Job Description
Teaching and Facilitation
• Deliver approximately 400 teaching/facilitation hours per year, depending on programme mix and other academic responsibilities, across PDA (Project Director Academy), SCDMs (Specific Competency Development Module), Master Classes, IC-specific programmes and other IPM initiatives.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual and blended learning programmes.
• Use actual construction and project situations to make learning practical and relevant.
• Coach and mentor participants and support application of learning to project situations wherever appropriate.
Content and Learning Development
• Design and develop learning content, cases, simulations, site-based exercises, assessments, checklists and practical tools in Construction Management.
• Capture lessons and good practices from L&T projects and convert them into learning material.
• Incorporate contemporary construction methods, digital technologies and industry practices.
• Develop new learning solutions based on business and project needs.
Business and Stakeholder Engagement
• Work closely with IC/SBG HR teams, Project Directors, Project Managers, Construction Managers, academic partners, PoPs/APoPs (Professor of Practice and Assistant Professor of Practice), SMEs(Subject Matter Expert) and business stakeholders.
• Engage with project teams to understand emerging construction capability requirements.
• Visit project sites, where required, to understand execution challenges and identify learning opportunities.
Programme and Institutional Contribution
• Support academic planning and delivery of PDA and other IPM programmes.
• Work with Programme Coordinators and IPM teams for effective programme delivery.
• Review participant feedback, assessments and programme outcomes.
• Contribute to IPM's knowledge repository, project cases, publications and institutional initiatives.
• Support digital learning and appropriate use of emerging technologies in capability development.

Travel Requirement
The role requires travel to IPM locations, L&T businesses and project sites as required for programme delivery, project engagement and capability-development initiatives.
