About the Role:
We’re looking for a Product Specialist to support our Product Management, Sales and Engineering teams in delivering innovative HVAC solutions to the market. This is a varied role that combines technical support, product development, market engagement, and training. Working closely with product managers, sales teams, engineers, and customers, you'll help bring new products to market, provide technical expertise, and support the ongoing success of our product portfolio.
Your Day-to-Day:
• Provide technical product and application support to sales teams, customers, and consultants
• Support the development and launch of new products and product enhancements
• Assist with market research and customer engagement activities to identify opportunities and improve product offerings
• Participate in product development projects, design reviews, and go-to-market planning
• Act as the voice of the customer throughout product development activities
• Support the development and delivery of product training for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate across product management, engineering, sales, marketing, and R&D teams
• Assist with product strategy execution and promotional activities
• Monitor and support the resolution of product performance and quality issues in the market
Skills And Experiences
What You'll Bring to the Role:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline
• HVAC industry experience and understanding of refrigeration technologies
• Strong technical problem-solving and fault diagnostic skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident presentation and training delivery skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• A self-motivated approach with sound judgement and attention to detail
• HVAC or ASHRAE certifications are advantageous but not essential
